The FSA in London and the SEC in USA have banned sort selling.
Does this apply to the index’s forex end eminis too and does it also apply to small investors?
Do you think this move will help the markets? or is it a knee jerk reaction for a scapegoat for weak markets? and bad government policy’s?

the type of investor is irrelevant – it would be the types of investments that are banned from being sold short – I haven’t read the details yet, but definitely stocks are banned
